Job Title: HR Supervisor Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources. • Strong knowledge of the Saudi Labor Law. • Proficiency in English (written and spoken). • Excellent computer skills and experience using HR systems/software. • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: • Supervise recruitment and selection processes to ensure compliance with company policies. • Oversee attendance, leave management, and employee records. • Ensure accurate payroll processing and employee benefits administration. • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance management. • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. • Prepare and present regular HR reports to management.
