Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist with a strong background in manpower planning and contracting within Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience, a deep understanding of local labor regulations, and practical expertise in handling regulatory compliance and operational processes. This role is critical in ensuring that all HR operational practices align with local laws and organizational standards. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and coordinate manpower planning, workforce deployment, and contracting processes in compliance with Saudi labor laws. • Handle the full lifecycle of employee onboarding, offboarding, contract renewals, and amendments. • Ensure all employment documentation (contracts, Iqama, GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, Mudad, etc.) is accurate and up-to-date. • Act as a liaison with external government entities including the Ministry of HRSD, GOSI, and other relevant authorities. • Maintain and audit HR systems and records to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. • Assist in Saudization strategy implementation and reporting, ensuring alignment with Nitaqat classification. • Overse...
