We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team and play a critical role in the design, configuration, customization, and support of Oracle HRMS modules. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR (SSHR), and iRecruitment, combined with technical proficiency in PL/SQL, Fast Formulas, APIs, and Reports. Key Responsibilities Functional: • Work closely with HR business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements. • Configure Oracle HRMS modules including Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, iRecruitment, and OTL. • Develop and manage approval workflows, business rules, and security profiles. • Perform system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and support end-user training. • Manage data migration and data validation processes. Technical: • Develop custom reports using Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, and OTBI. • Write and optimize PL/SQL procedures, packages, and functions. • Develop and troubleshoot Fast Formulas for payroll and benefits calculations. • Utilize Oracle APIs, Web ADI, and personalization frameworks. • Support integrations between Oracle HRMS and other enterprise applications. ...
