Position Title HR Manager Department Administration & Human Resources Reports To CEO / Job Purpose The HR Manager is responsible for establishing and managing the human resources system of ITQAN RASEEL, supporting the company’s multi-business development (E-bike, Sanitary Ware, Water Purifiers, LED Screens, IoT, Telecom & Advertising). The role ensures compliance with Saudi labor laws, improves employee performance and satisfaction, and builds an efficient, multicultural workforce. Key Responsibilities • Recruitment & Staffing • Lead recruitment for sales, supply chain, technical, e-commerce, and management positions. • Build candidate pipelines, coordinate with agencies, and ensure quick hiring to meet business needs. • * HR Policies & Compliance • Develop HR policies and procedures in line with Saudi labor law and company regulations. • Manage Iqama, visa, GOSI, insurance, and Absher-related processes for local and expatriate employees. • * Compensation & Benefits • Design salary structures and incentive policies aligned with multi-business needs. • Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance with tax/social security, and timely distribution. • * Performance Management • Implemen...
