Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant Specialist to manage daily accounting tasks, maintain accurate financial records, perform complex reconciliations, and support timely financial reporting. This role requires strong technical knowledge and meticulous attention to detail. Key Responsibilities • Financial Recording: Execute and review general ledger (GL) entries, ensuring proper classification and accurate reflection of business transactions. • Reconciliation: Perform complex monthly and bank reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly. • Accounts Management: Manage and maintain sub-ledgers for accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) as required, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments. • Month-End Close: Actively participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all deadlines are met. • Fixed Assets: Maintain the fixed assets register, track depreciation, and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. • Reporting Support: Assist in the preparation of internal and external financial reports, schedules, and documentation for audits. • Compliance: Ensure all accounting proce...
